Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Location

Local pickup is available at our facility in Shandong Province, China. This option is perfect for customers who have their own transport and want to save on shipping costs.

How It Works

1. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or contact our sales team to arrange
2. We will contact you when your order is ready (typically within 3-5 business days)
3. Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation
4. Ensure your vehicle has adequate capacity for the equipment
5. Our staff will assist with loading during pickup hours

Pickup Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Weekend pickups available by appointment only.

Vehicle Requirements

• Properly sized truck or trailer for your equipment
• Tie-downs and securing equipment
• For large equipment, ensure adequate overhead clearance

Important Notes

• Please allow 30-60 minutes for pickup processing and loading
• Inspect equipment thoroughly before leaving our facility
• All sales are final once equipment leaves our facility
• Warranty begins on the day of pickup
