1-Year Comprehensive Warranty

Every machine we sell comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Engine components (including engine manufacturer's warranty)
• Hydraulic system components
• Electrical system components
• Structural components
• Parts replacement for defective items
• Technical support for warranty-related issues

What's NOT Covered

• Normal wear and tear (belts, filters, blades, tires, fluids, etc.)
• Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Damage from improper maintenance or lack of maintenance
• Damage from operating beyond rated capacity
• Damage from natural disasters, environmental exposure, or improper storage
• Consequential damages or loss of use
• Transportation costs for warranty service

Warranty Duration

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser and extends for 12 months. Warranty is non-transferable.

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team within 30 days of discovering the issue
2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a complete description
3. Our team will review and determine if the issue is covered under warranty
4. We may request additional information or arrange for inspection if necessary
5. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, part replacement, or equipment replacement at our discretion

Customer Responsibilities

• Proper operation and maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
• Performing routine maintenance as specified in the operator's manual
• Using genuine replacement parts
• Following all safety and operation instructions
