Delivery & Unloading Policy

Curbside Delivery Only

Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only. The driver is not responsible for unloading the equipment from the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for appropriate equipment and personnel for offloading.

Equipment Requirements

Depending on the equipment purchased, you may need:

Forklift or loading dock with adequate capacity
Crane or hoist for larger equipment
Proper rigging and safety equipment
At least 2-3 able-bodied personnel for manual offloading of smaller units

Before Delivery

Clear the delivery area of obstacles
Ensure adequate space for the truck to maneuver
Have all necessary offloading equipment ready
Verify the shipping address is accessible for large delivery trucks

At Time of Delivery

Inspect all items for damage before signing
Note any damage on the delivery receipt - be specific
Take photos of any damage immediately
Do not refuse delivery unless the item is completely destroyed - contact us immediately

Liftgate Service

Liftgate service is available for an additional charge upon request. This service provides a hydraulic lift to lower the equipment to ground level for easier unloading. Contact us to add liftgate service to your order.
